Louis Watkins founded Clear For Men in February 2021 after his own struggles with anxiety, loneliness and burnout in 2020. Rediscovering the calming ritual of a skincare routine inspired him to build a community-led brand that reminds men to Take Five and prioritise their wellbeing. He now shares his story daily online and in schools, workplaces and men's groups to break the stigma around male mental health.
