Stefan Di Benedetto is the founder of Solbevi. Drawing on his Northern Italian roots and his family's cherished Limoncello recipe, he set out to change Australian perceptions of limoncello, transforming a traditional digestivo into a contemporary spritz. Through persistence and passion, he has built one of Australia's fastest-growing Limoncello brands.
