Meet the founder
Bae Juice was co-founded by Tim O'Sullivan, Sumin Do and Liam Gostencnik. The idea began when Tim visited Sumin's home in South Korea for Chuseok and noticed locals drinking Korean pear juice before a big night out. Back in Melbourne, Tim shared the discovery with his best mate Liam, and the three teamed up to bring 100% Korean pear juice to Australia.

The story
Founded in 2018, Bae Juice is an Aussie-owned, Korean-made brand built on a simple idea: bringing the benefits of Korean pear juice to more people. After discovering the local tradition of drinking Korean pear juice before a big night out, three friends set out to create a natural, science-backed way to support alcohol metabolism and recovery.
Working with a supplier in Naju, South Korea (known as the pear capital of the world), Bae Juice brings 100% Korean pear juice to Australia with no additives. Today it is stocked in thousands of stores nationwide, including Woolworths, Dan Murphy's and BWS.
In 2025 the brand introduced Bae Juice Energy, a natural energy juice infused with green tea extract and packed with Vitamin C. With more products on the way, Bae Juice stays true to its mission of helping people drink smarter and wake up fresher.
